building the strongest most robust post frame buildings and leading the industry in value and longevity since 1977

Protecting Your Structure from Mother Nature
The moment a building is completed, Mother Nature begins its relentless attack—from powerful straight-line winds and tornadoes to heavy rain and the freeze-thaw cycle. Choosing the right builder is crucial to ensuring your structure can withstand these harsh elements. You need a team that not only uses the best materials but also has the expertise to build for long-term durability.
One of the most effective ways to extend the lifespan of your structure is encasing the posts in a protective plastic sleeve. Organic matter in the top 6-10 inches of soil can cause untreated posts to rot at ground level. While pressure-treated posts have improved significantly in the past decade, using plastic sleeves adds an extra layer of protection, ensuring your posts remain strong and rot-free for years to come.
MOTHER NATURE HAS FINALLY MET HER MATCH
Premier Building Solutions Est. 1977. No sooner is a structure completed than Mother Nature attack begins. With straight-line winds, tornadoes, driving rain, freeze, and thaw cycle. Mother Nature is a formidable foe. So you want to be sure that the company you choose to build your building knows what components to use and just as important they know what they are doing to insure it can withstand anything Mother Nature throws at it. One really good thing we can do now days is in case the post on a plastic sleeve to insure no organic matter in the soil come in contact with the post. The organic matter in the first 6-10 inches of the ground is what can cause a post to rot off at ground level. Having said that the treatment system companies use to pressure treated the post has came a long long ways in the last 10 years but if you want to insure your posts never rot off you can in case them in a thick plastic sleeve

let’s talk about how the process works
First, you will want to contact us, preferably over the phone, so we can discuss what you have in mind. We will need to discuss what size building you would like and what is the best option to get the most square footage for your money. We will ask you what you would like your wall height to be 10’, 12’, 14’, or 16’ sidewall. We will also need to talk about insulation options along with different door openings. The two most common are sliding doors or overhead doors/roll-up doors. Our sliding doors are an excellent choice for people who want a cost-effective building. Overhead doors/roll-up doors are extremely nice options, too. Especially when they have an opener, and you can simply press a button to open the door. We can install steel entry doors along with different sizes of windows. Rat guard, Facia, and wainscoting, along with many other options, we can discuss during this process. Adding a lean-to building is also a very cost-effective way to build covered square footage and is a great option for people wanting to get lawnmowers, farm implements, tractors, or maybe your 5th wheel out of the harsh sun. They also make a great place for your livestock to get out of the rain. A color chart can be provided for customers to choose from the many different options available. Please feel free to call anytime. We would be more than happy to visit with you. Once you have decided exactly what you want, we will send you the paperwork.
