how the process works

First, you will want to contact us, preferably over the phone, so we can discuss what you have in mind. We will discuss what size you would like and what is the best option to get the most square footage for your money. We will ask what you would like your wall height to be: 10’, 12’, 14’, or 16’ sidewall. We will talk about insulation options along with different door openings. The two most common are sliding doors or overhead doors/roll-up doors. Our sliding doors are an excellent choice for people who want a cost-effective building. Overhead doors/roll-up doors are extremely nice options, too. Especially when they have an opener, and you can simply press a button to open the door. We can install steel entry doors along with different sizes of windows. Rat guard, Facia, wainscoting, and many other options will be discussed during this process. Adding a lean too to a building is a very cost-effective way to build covered square footage and is a great option for people wanting to get lawnmowers, farm implements, tractors, or maybe your 5th wheel out of the harsh sun. They also make a great place for your livestock to get out of the rain. A color chart can be provided for customers to pick from the many different options. Please feel free to call anytime. Once you have received the contract and looked it over very carefully just sign and send back to me the white and pink copy’s and that’s get you on the schedule. Typically we have around a two weeks backlog in the winter and typically no more than 4 weeks in the summer. Let’s talk about how payment is made. We get half down when we deliver the materials for your building to the location where you will have the building constructed and the remaining balance is given to the crew chief once he completes your building. A check is just fine and both checks will be made out to DT Construction.
